MEET THE TEAM
Meet the Team. The Barefoot Chiropractic & Wellness Team is dedicated to providing you with exceptional, personalized care in a friendly, comfortable environment. Our staff of highly skilled and experienced assistants make this possible. We all enjoy working together and developing relationships with our patients. We are unified by our commitment to our mission and simply love what we do.
After working many years in special education for Gilbert Public Schools, I started working with Dr. Barefoot in 2010 and I love my job! As the office manager, my hands are involved in many things here in the office. I am happy to help our patients with their insurance and financial needs, as well as scheduling or answering any questions they may have.
My husband Chris and I share and delight in our two children – Preston and Catherine. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, bike riding, and spending time at the beach.

Front Office Assistant
I have been working at Barefoot Chiropractic & Wellness since 2013 and love helping out in any way I can, whether it be answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, or helping patients with any questions they have.
I was born and raised in Durango, Colorado where I worked for my family in their business in the oil and gas industry. I moved to the valley in the summer of 2008 with my husband, Travis, and our two children, Sawyer and Ty. I love being with my kiddos – whether we are just hanging out together or I’m watching them compete in sports. In our free time, we as a family enjoy camping and boating. I also love cheering on my husband as he helps coach different Desert Ridge Athletic Teams.
- My favorite color is green.
- I have three sisters and all of our names start with the letter K.
- I love to run.
Nutritionist Consultant, Trained in Microscopy; Chiropractic Assistant
In December of 2015 I started working at Barefoot Chiropractic & Wellness while pursing my degree from Arizona State University. Upon graduating in May of 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and a minor in Exercise and Wellness, I knew that I wanted to help educate people on how to be proactive with preventing disease/illness from occurring within them. Through continuing education and training, I have found that using blood analysis as the golden standard of health care would be my way to do such things. As a Nutritionist Consultant trained in microscopy, I analyze patient's blood in order to understand their total body system; after which I can recommend proactive measures to help them attain optimal health.
I was born in Washington but moved to Arizona when I was 2 years old and therefore consider myself an Arizona Native. I am the third oldest of seven children and completely adore my large family. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, Nathaniel, traveling as much as I can, dabbling in photography and videography, and being outside.
- My favorite color is white.
- I am 25% Chinese.
- Wishful destinations: New Zealand, Greece, Bora Bora, The Bahamas, Bali... The list goes on.
I have been a massage therapist for over thirteen years. I graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Phoenix, Arizona and have worked in massage clinics, done chair massage, and taught massage therapy at East Valley Institute of Technology. I absolutely love learning all that I can about massage and of all the different modalities I have learned, my favorites are Cranial-Sacral therapy and Reflexology. I can do anything from a relaxing Swedish massage to a Deep Therapeutic massage.
I have a great passion for massage therapy but my greatest love is for my amazing family. I am a wife and mother to seven wonderful children. I enjoy reading, cooking, and watching movies with these extraordinary little humans, and my sweetheart, too!
I look forward to working on each and every one of you.
